Remarks
Last character of the mark illegible - S according to Mahillon (R1978) Vol.II p.255 (“Kinigspergs”), R according to Waterhouse (1993) p.211 ascribing it to Johann Andreas Kinigspergr (Königsberger or Kenisperger).
Most probably Kinigspergr, according to other similar marks on other instruments (Munich, Nuremberg).
Outward design refers to Haynes type A2. C-key design is referring to early models.
Possibly plum-wood according to Charles Indekeu and Young (1993) p.130.
