TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Brass keys, ferrules, thumb rest and reed cylinder.
Keyheads with round lipped flaps type Heyde-181/4, all mounted on short axles and pillars.
On TJ: octave key, C and Bb for R1, G# for L4;
On MJ: F# for L4, cross-F, C-C#-Eb with particular design, left Eb and low B with long levers for L4, low B-key on bell.
SATK (springs attached to the key).
3rd hole doubled with finger cove.
No vent-holes or inner rim on bell.
Metal lining: reed cylinder, joint and bell top ends.

FL ?> Faults
Fair condition. Wood body heavily worn and scratched. Huge crack in top of MJ. Small hairline cracks in bell.

UP ?> Usable Pitch
Pitch hard to estimate due to condition of the instrument. Playing was hardly possible because of the crack in MJ. Only a few notes could be played, pointing towards A = c.438–440Hz with reed TL 68.9mm / staple 42mm / 7.7mm.
