TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Nickel silver keywork, ferrules, thumb rest and reed cylinder.
Round keyhead type Heyde-181/3 with circle engraving on keyheads.
Hybrid system no.3/4 oboe with some particularities: 2 manual octave keys, “double kidney” levers for L3 recalling system no.3 but with the system no.4 vent hole for C.
Two ring-keys for R2 and R3, but no junction with C-key, for d3 improvement.
C-D or B-C# trill key for L3. Low B key on bell.
Key-holes milled out with countersunk edge.
SATK Springs attached to the keys.
3rd hole doubled, with finger cove.
No inner rim on bell.
Metal lining: reed well,MJ top, bell top and end.

Instrument in excellent condition. No cracks and very little wear and tear. However, the instrument is not in playing condition: the keywork needs revision, but shows traces of a recent overhaul.
