TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Nickel silver keywork, ferrules, thumb rest and reed cylinder.
Elaborate system no.3 with round flat lipped keyheads.
On TJ: 2 manual octave keys. half-hole key with double plateau. D or C# trill key for L3, G# for L4, Bb and C with overlap for R1;
On MJ: G vent-hole on separate axle. F# vent on one axle with ‘Brille’ key, cross-F, C-C#-Eb key on 3 axles with link C-Brille for high D; 2 separate levers ‘double kidney’ for left Eb and low B, key on bell.
3rd hole doubled (very diagonal) with finger cove.
Metal lining: reed cylinder; joint and bell ends.

Good condition. Most of the pads original. All springs present. Some major cracks and worn varnish on bell.
